Boat and hotel migrant denies serious assault on woman

An Egyptian hotel migrant who came to the UK on a small boat has denied two serious assaults. Moustafa Elbohy, 32, is accused of attacking a woman in the London Borough of Westminster on 20 September last year. Elbohy’s address was given as the Ibis Hotel in Rugby, Northamptonshire, but the court heard that he is now living in an immigration centre.
