A serial offender who grabbed a woman’s bottom as she stood speaking to police officers was spared jail after a judge blamed drunkenness for his behaviour. Bashi Mohammed, 42, assaulted the 22-year-old in Soho, central London, in the early hours of 11 August 2024.
