A blonde who accused former Tory MP Neil Hamilton
A blonde who accused former Tory MP Neil Hamilton of raping her sent a topless picture of herself to an internet ‘penpal’, a court heard today (TUES).
Nadine Milroy-Sloan, 29, went to a passport photo booth with a female friend, pulled up her top, and flashed her breasts, the jury was told.
Then she scanned the picture onto her PC and emailed it to Barry Lehaney, it is claimed.
Milroy-Sloan even bombarded him with pornographic pics of naked couples, the Old Bailey heard.
He claims he found them a turn-on – but was disgusted when the blonde trainee teacher emailed scenes of bestiality.
The court has heard that Milroy-Sloan falsely accused Mr Hamilton, his wife Christine, and Mr Lehaney of gang-raping her at a flat in Ilford, Essex.
It is alleged she made up the attack because she was desperate for fame.
Today, Mr Lehaney told how he struck up a friendship with Milroy-Sloan, of Grimsby, after ‘meeting’ her in an internet chatroom.
He claims they exchanged sexy emails, and she also introduced him to a female friend called Mandy.
Lehaney, 61, told the jury Milroy-Sloan’s email address was ‘sexybaby@tesco.
net’ – and she started sending him saucy photos.
He said: ‘There was a topless one, yeah.
Nadine went to a photo booth and just gave it a flash.
‘Cor, I couldn’t believe it – incredible.
She just goes into a photo booth, gives it a flash, and then sends it to me.
‘She sent it to me by email.
She put it on a scanner with Mandy.
I think they sent it to me and said ”You can get on with this for the time being”.
‘
Lehaney told prosecutor Orlando Pownall, QC, that Milroy-Sloan also sent pictures of ‘naked women and men’, but he drew the line at bestiality.
He added: ‘Four of the pictures involved animals.
I couldn’t handle that, it was revolting.
‘
Milroy-Sloan, who is originally from Herne Bay, Kent, hit the headlines in May 2001 when the Hamiltons were arrested for raping her.
They later produced receipts to categorically prove their innocence – and she was arrested for perverting justice.
The court has heard Milroy-Sloan had been promised pnds stlg 100,000 by PR guru Max Clifford for her story.
Milroy-Sloan, of Peterhouse Road, Grimsby, withdrew the complaint, and no charges were brought against the couple.
She denies two charges perverting the course of justice between May 5, 2001, and January 31 last year by making false allegations to police that others had committed criminal offences.
The trial continues.
