Accused of murdering aspiring lawyer

Three alleged killers accused of murdering the son of a Tory activist in a case of mistaken identity have appeared at the Old Bailey. Aspiring lawyer Sven Badzak, 22, was set upon by up to six youths as he was walking along Willesden Lane, Kilburn, northwest London, with his 16-year-old friend.
