Accused wife killer ‘may have dementia’

An 80-year-old man accused of murdering his wife at his home may be suffering from dementia, the Old Bailey heard. Retired electrical engineer Robert Lewis is accused of stabbing 76-year-old Janet Lewis in the neck at their home on Padgetts Way, Hullbridge, Essex on 1 September.
