African ‘grooming’ gang cleared

Ten alleged members of an African child grooming gang were cleared of sexually abusing a teenage girl after prosecutors dropped the case. The girl claimed she had met Samuel Desta, now 24, days before her 13th birthday on a bus to Folkestone, Kent, on January 2016.
