Algerian boat migrants ripped watches from cab passengers

Two Algerian small boat migrants who pounced on cab passengers to rip their watches from their wrists, a court heard. Algerians Txomin Hoare-Place, 30, and Ayoub Harek, 23, snatched three Patek Philippe watches between July 2022 and June 2025 and escaped on Lime bikes, Southwark Crown Court heard.
