Amateur bomb-maker posted explosives through surgery letterbox

  An amateur bomb-maker who posted homemade explosives through the letterbox of his doctor’s surgery is facing years behind bars today (MON). Ozzie Welsh, 39, targeted the GP practice in the quiet Norfolk village of Feltwell using three devices made out of potassium nitrate, sulphur and aluminium powder.
