  An amateur bomb-maker who posted homemade explosives through the letterbox of his doctor’s surgery is facing years behind bars today (MON). Ozzie Welsh, 39, targeted the GP practice in the quiet Norfolk village of Feltwell using three devices made out of potassium nitrate, sulphur and aluminium powder. Bomb disposal experts had to be called to Boughton Surgery after the suspicious packages were found on 28 January last year.
