A thief who swiped a minister’s laptop as he chatted to a colleague in a Westminster pub has escaped jail. Roberta Richardson, 48, grabbed the computer and house keys belonging to Stuart Andrew, who is a minister in the Department for Digital Culture, Media and Sport.
