Architect could not live with unbearable back pain

A retired architect committed suicide after being tortured by unbearable back pain for almost a year, an inquest heard. Clarence McDonald, 78, was seen to jump from his balcony window by a resident near Hampstead Pond, north London at 8:20am on January 24 2021.
