Award winning City boss Nicky Foulston cleared of racism claims

Award winning City boss Nicky Foulston was today (thurs) cleared of racism claims by an employment tribunal. In a major victory for Ms Foulston the tribunal judge dismissed all the claims bought by former disgruntled RBG employee Noel Deans. Ms Foulston, the former CEO of legal services firm RBG Holdings PLC, had been accused of race discrimination by Deans, the firm’s former employment partner, following his dismissal from the AIM-listed company.
