Bent insurance clerk stole 67k

An insurance clerk created fake policies under his friend’s names to steal £67,000 from his company, a court heard Rashid Talbi, 34, worked as a claims assessor for Allianz Insurance PLC, transferring and finalising customer claims. Between January 2015 and March 2016, Talbi created fictitious tax policies using 11 of his friends’ details, against which he made 41 claims. The scam made Talbi a total of £67,499.
