BHS boss faces arrest

Disgraced former BHS owner Dominic Chappell is set to be hauled before a court after an arrest warrant was issued over his unpaid fines. The former F1 driver, who also faces legal proceedings over tax evasion allegations, was ordered to pay £124,070 after being convicted of refusing to provide information and documents to The Pensions Regulator (TPR).
