BLM protester tried to set fire to Union Jack

A student who tried to torch a Union Jack on the Cenotaph during a BLM protest was let off with a conditional discharge. Astrophel Sang, 19, was filmed using a lighter to try and set the flag on fire during the anti-racism protests in Whitehall on 7 September.
