A perverted pensioner is facing jail after he broke a court order by using the toilets at Victoria Station while on a day trip to Buckingham Palace. James Hehir, 74, gets this thrills peering at people using public lavatories and loitered around the central concourse restroom for two hours until he was spotted by a Network Rail cleaner.
