Bogus qualifications of the ‘Harry Potter’ lawyer

A lawyer criticised for dressing ‘like something out of Harry Potter’ in court invented a series of fake qualifications and titles for himself, a tribunal was told. Long-haired Alan Blacker then told regulators he could not send documents because he been injured saving someone’s life.
