Bottle attacker had previous conviction for ‘revenge buggery’

A drinker who bottled a man in the head had been previously convicted for an offence of ‘revenge buggery,’ a court heard. Michael Dyer, 52, kicked Arianna Berton’s bottom at 2am while she was walking home from a night out with her partner Silvio Rumore. After a brief scuffle Dyer left, before relocating the couple again outside Brixton tube station and making repeated swings at them with a Jack Daniels bottle, Inner London Crown Court heard.
