Brothers cleared of West End punch-up

Two brothers have been cleared of assaulting two friends during a night out in London’s West End. Marc Palmer-Elder was accused of punching Peter Burton-Kirkwood after they left the Slug and Lettuce bar in Leicester Square on 10 August 2019. The 24-year-old was said to have then assaulted his longtime friend Tristan Gascoyne, dislocating his jaw. He allegedly knocked Mr Burton-Kirkwood to the ground, before his brother Shaun, 23, kicked and stamped on the semi-conscious man, Southwark Crown Court heard….
