Building site bosses deny manslaughter of Romanian labourer
Two building site bosses have denied killing a Romanian labourer at a care home site by failing to ensure his safety. Anthony O’Connor, 41, and Peter Wraith, 53, , are charged with gross negligence manslaughter after Gheorghhita Arsene died during excavation work in Woodstone House in Banstead, Surrey.
