Bus pervert caught by the id experts

An office worker who groped two schoolgirls and a woman on buses was banned from travelling alone on public transport today (FRI) after being caught by police ‘Super Recognisers’. Ilhan Karatepe, 56, was captured on CCTV carrying out the attacks over a nine month period but remained unidentified until the case was passed to specialist officers. He was eventually spotted in the street by two ‘Super Recognisers’ who have an enhanced ability to make split-second identifications based only on photographs….
