One of David Cameron’s closest aides has been let off with a conditional discharge for downloading indecent images of girls as young as ten. Patrick Rock, 65, who advised on government policy on internet porn, walked free because the ‘very public humiliation’ and the ‘loss of his reputation’ was punishment enough.
