A ‘despicable’ carer who launched a homophobic attack against a receptionist at his elderly mother’s home has avoided prison. Zachery Green, 51, assaulted Mukesh Murthi while calling him a ‘gay illegal immigrant’ after he tried to stop the drunken carer from entering the central London townhouse.
