Casino toilet weirdo Akram Azkar faces jail

A gambler who hid in the ladies toilets at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square to try and take pictures of unsuspecting women is facing jail. Akram Azkar, 27, was arrested after being discovered by a woman hidden inside a cubicle in the early hours of 25 May 2025.
