Chelsea player drove black Cadillac without insurance or a licence

Chelsea FC player David Fofana has been slapped with eight points on his licence for driving his black Cadillac without insurance. The Ivorian striker, had neither insurance nor a licence when he was stopped at the wheel of his £100,000 Escalade in Chessington, Surrey, on 20 February.
