Chinese ‘one man crime spree’ threatened to shoot cop

A ‘one man crime spree’ repeatedly threatened to shoot a police officer before squirting her with an unknown liquid in Leicester Square, a court heard. Cheng Koay, 34, approached PC Kathryn Roberts and asked her three times ‘do you want me to shoot you?’. He then squirted the unknown substance towards her from a bottle he was carrying.
