Cleared of assault at 20,000 feet

A Canadian engineer was cleared of stroking a woman’s thigh on an passenger jet after she failed to turn up for his trial. Rajendra Trivedi, 64, has remained in the country since he was arrested at Heathrow Airport and charged with sexually assaulting the female passenger last month.
