Compulsive masturbator has been on nationwide exposure tour

A compulsive masturbator who cannot stop exposing himself in public has been jailed for 20 months. Joey Owens, 30, committed two offences of exposure in 2018 and 2019 and has numerous previous convictions. He was spotted with his penis out in a bush on 31 August 2018 by a lone dog walker in Washford, Somerset.
