A convicted terrorist who breached his notification requirement by buying a mobile phone to purchase cannabis and look up ISIS propaganda is back behind bars. Plumber Shafi Mohammed Saleem was meant to tell police about any telephones he owned after his release from prison for encouraging terrorism.
