A senior police officer sobbed in court as she told how a former colleague wrongly accused her of having a relationship with her Chief Constable in a stalking campaign. Richard Dickson, 55, began harassing Superintendent Rachel Glendenning after she made an official complaint against him when they were working for Bedfordshire Police.
