Couriers turned up at NatWest with cash stashed in bin-liners

NatWest employees had to stash wads of cash inside hessian sacks after couriers turned up at the bank with notes crammed inside bin liners which split, a court heard. The bank is facing a huge fine for laundering £365m for a century-old jeweller Fowler Oldfield Ltd, based in Bradford, to launder £365m, between 7 November 2013 and 23 June 2016.
