An ‘insane’ lawyer injected his blood into supermarket food in a £500,000 rampage, a court heard. Leoaai Elghareeb, 37, wandered into three stores on Fulham Palace Road on 25 August 2021 carrying a bucket of hypodermic needles. The solicitor jabbed products including an apple, bacon and buttermilk, jurors heard. He also threw a syringe at a doctor but it bounced off her causing no injuries, Isleworth Crown Court heard.
