CUMMINGS:PRISONER WAS INSIDE FOR KNIFING RIVAL IN THE NECK

A prisoner accused of attacking a fellow lag on behalf of a guard in exchange for a single cell once knifed a gang rival in the neck, a court heard today (Mon). Karlton Cummings, 37, allegedly punched 21-year-old Kerney Grantham in Norwich prison, shattering his cheek bone. Jailer Calum Kerr, 27, is accused of recruiting Cummings to attack Grantham after the younger man slashed him with a makeshift blade.
