A prisoner accused of involvement in a plot to smuggle spice into jails by impregnating the substance into legal letters told a court he did not respect drug users. Alexander Mullings, 32, smuggled heroin, crack, cannabis and designer drug U-47,000, known as ‘pink heroin’, it is said.
