Death crash driver in court

A driver accused of killing a pedestrian denied causing death by careless driving at the Old Bailey. William Stephens, 56, allegedly collided with Brian Middlemass at the junction of The Terrace and Elm Bank Gardens in Barnes, southwest London, on 9 November 2019.
