Death in a rickshaw

A driver who killed a pedicab passenger in a collision will enter his plea later this month, a court heard. Luis Balcazar Soto, 24, caused the death of 31-year-old Sophie Strickland when he crashed his Kia Carens into the pedicab she was riding on 10 July in New Kent Road, Southwark, southeast London.
