‘Dieselgate’ law firm applies to resign from case
A UK law firm representing more than 1.2 million claimants in the ‘Dieselgate scandal’ want to resign from the case, the High Court heard. Pogust Goodhead (PG) is suing car giants, including Mercedes, Ford, Nissan and Peugeot, for installing devices in diesel cars which manipulated emissions control systems to perform better in tests.
