DOS SANTOS: SECOND MAN CHARGED WITH BROTHEL MURDER
A second teenager accused of murdering a security guard in a brothel appeared at the Old Bailey today (Tues).
Marcio Dos Santos, 19, is said to have stabbed 27-yer-old Brazilian Carlos Oliveria to death during a robbery.
The attack took place in the early hours of July 16 in a flat above a shop in Watling Avenue, Burnt Oak, north London.
Mr Oliveria, who lived in Battersea, sw London, suffered fatal chest wounds during the incident.
A second security guard was also injured and around £2,000 in cash was taken.
Dos Santos is alleged to have posed as a customer alongside co-accused Jordean Thomas, 18, to gain entry to the flat.
Both are charged with murder, wounding with intent and robbery.
Dos Santos spoke only to confirm his name during a short hearing before Judge Timothy Pontius QC today.
No bail application was made on his behalf.

Dos Santos, of (10) Warmwell Avenue, Colindale, nw London, was remanded in custody.
Thomas, of (21) University Close, Mill Hill, nw London, is already in custody after he was remanded earlier this month.
Both will appear again on November 4 for a plea and case management hearing.
