Driver killed woman after oral sex

A driver ran over and killed a female passenger when he drove off with her hanging on to the side of his truck after she performed a sex act on him in the cab. As James Martin, 27, accelerated away 38-year-old Stella Frew fell in the road and was hit by the rear wheels.
