Wrong filter contributed to Covid patient’s death

Staff at London’s Nightingale Hospital contributed to the death of a Covid patient when they used the wrong filter in a ventilator, a coroner has found. Bus driver Kishorkumar Patel, 58, died on 26 April last year, 19 days after he was admitted to the medical facility at the ExCel Centre in Docklands.
