A paramedic was filmed by her own dash cam hitting kerbs and a central reservation after taking a cocktail of drugs, a tribunal heard. Victoria Dodd allegedly failed to respond to a serious incident during an eight-hour night shift while under the influence of diazepam, codeine and tramadol.
