Estate agent ran pot farm empire

An estate agent who used his business as a front to run a multi-million pound weed farm network has been jailed for more than eight years. Sarfraz Farooq, 46, led the operation involving 2,000 plants worth up to £800,000, with a potential to yield cannabis with a street value of £2m in a year.
