Former defence contractor faces new charge

A former defence contractor accused of leaking ‘highly sensitive’ secrets is facing another criminal charge, the Old Bailey heard today (thurs). Simon Finch, 50, is charged under the Official Secrets Act with making a ‘damaging disclosure’ of information.
