German ‘quack’ fraudulently called himself a professor

A German doctor who claims to have found a cure for diabetes could face trial in his native country for fraudulently using the title ‘professor’ in emails. Ulrich Arnim, 60, appeared via video link at Westminster Magistrates’ Court ahead of his extradition hearing to Germany for three fraud offences.
