Home circumcisor ‘pretended to mother he was a doctor’

The mother of a baby boy who was allegedly circumcised by a fake doctor said he pretended to he fully qualified before he carried out the proceedure. Mohammad Alazawi, 54, advertised his budget mobile service in mosques and provided fake certificates, it is claimed.
