Hospice face £25,000 bill over Legionnaire’s death
A hospice were ordered to pay £25,000 today (FRI) after a patient died of Legionnaire’s disease because of a faulty water system. St Christopher Hospice in Sydenham failed to take action despite being warned about the risks as early as 2004.
