A drink driver who nodded off behind the wheel with a loaded automatic pistol in his lap has been jailed for five-and-a-half years. Nathan Gardier, 24, passed out as his Vauxhall Astra crept through slow-moving traffic in Walthamstow, east London, at around 9.30am on 4 August this year.
