A sex worker lied about a pair of earrings allegedly stolen in the £25m raid at Tamara Ecclestone’s mansion because she was ‘terrified’, a court heard. Maria Mester, 47, is accused of being one of the ‘supporting cast’ for the burglars who had travelled from Italy to break into celebrities’ homes last December.
