Inmate ‘dissolved spice into fake legal letters’

An inmate led a plot to smuggle spice into prisons by dissolving the drug and impregnating fake legal letters with it, a court heard. Alexander Mullings, 32, smuggled heroin, crack, cannabis and designer drug U-47,000, known as ‘pink heroin’, jurors heard.
