Judge’s son in court over tax credit fraud
A judge’s son appeared in court today accused of taking part in a conspiracy to defraud the British government out of hundreds of millions of pounds. Jonathon Anwyl, 42, helped run a scam which saw applications made to the Treasury for more than £100m worth of tax credits for carbon neutral projects, it is claimed.
